PETER KURVERS, PGA HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL

Peter Kurvers awarded PGA Promoter of the Year in the Resorts Category (PDF).

Peter has been the PGA Head Golf Professional at Dacotah Ridge Golf Club since our inception in 2000. He is a native of the Twin Cities, having grown-up in Chanhassen and graduating from Minnetonka High School and The University of St. Thomas. He started his career as a Golf Professional in 1990 at Dahlgreen Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota and from there he went on to work at some of the premiere golf facilities in the country. He worked eight seasons at La Quinta Country Club in La Quinta California and spent four seasons as an Assistant Professional at Hazeltine National Golf Club. While employed at
these facilities Peter was fortunate to be involved in the hosting of the U.S. Open, NCAA Championship, Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and the Senior PGA Tours Vintage Invitational. In addition Peter has been actively involved in teaching the game of golf to thousands of golf enthusiasts from junior players on up to the most advanced golfers.

ERIC HILDRETH, FIRST ASSISTANT GOLF PRO
Eric is entering his eighth year as the First Assistant Golf Professional at Dacotah Ridge Golf Club. He was born in Pensacola, Florida but spent most of his life in California where he was an Assistant Golf Professional at La Quinta Country Club in La Quinta, California. La Quinta is home to a PGA Tour stop, the Bob Hope Chrysler Classic. After working five seasons, he went south to Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Philadelphia, Mississippi where he was an Assistant Golf Professional and manager of the outside operations. Eric is an Apprentice currently working toward Class A status with the PGA of America.

TONY RAHE, GCSAA SUPERINTENDENT

Tony has been superintendent at Dacotah Ridge since May of 2006
He was hired as the assistant superintendent of Dacotah Ridge in July of 1999. He is a native of Iowa having worked on his home course in Bancroft, Ia throughout his high school years, going on to earn his A.A.S. degree in horticulture from Iowa Lakes Community College. He started his career as superintendent at Lakeview Golf and CC for five years and then on as general manager of Estherville Golf and CC for five years. Tony and his wife, Kelly, now reside in Morgan, MN with their two boys, Dustin and Chase.
RILEY KIEFFER , ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT
Riley was hired in April of 1999 as the Golf Course Technician. He became the Assistant Superintendent the summer of 2006. Riley is married to Lacy, who he met while they were both working at Dacotah Ridge. They now live in Nicollet, MN.
